Rutu Waghela 27th Jun, 2019

Hello aspirant,

Both the colleges have it's pros and cons.

On basis of infrastructure, St.joseph wins beacause most of labs in Easwari college are similar to the ones we had in school. The placements opportunities for Ece in St.joseph college are also good compared to Easwaro college,it provides more experience and exposure.

So I suggest you go for St.joseph College of Engineering.

DEAR SIR , I AM BC CATEGORY, MY CUT OFF IS 170.5. MAY I GET ANNA UNIVERSITY CHENNAI AS EEC

Nandhini Student Expert 31st May, 2019
Hello student,
If you are enquiring about Anna University,  College of engineering, Guindy campus, well the answer is no. With a cut off score of 170.5 in the BC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the Anna university when comparing the results of previous years. Not only Anna University, even the top ten colleges are not possible with this cut off. But you have very good chances of getting a seat in the Colleges affiliated under Anna University through TNEA counseling. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure as trends change every year. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Good luck
