It is difficult to make prediction because cut off / closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon several factors like di fficulty level of TS EAMCET examination , number of students which appeared in TS EAMCET, number of seats available for different branches, number of students from different categories i. e general/obc/sc/st etc

Shaik (Muslims) comes under the category of BC-E. And BC-E category is confined to the state only. As per the central guidelines, your caste comes under the OBC (Other backward category). According to the ews g.o annexure -1 (OBC central list), if you do not fall under OBC cebtral list then you are eligible for EWS section (economically weaker section), but you must satisfy the criteria for same, such as annual family income less than 8 lakhs and other points. BUt if you fall under OBC central list, then you are not eligible for EWS section as the EWS is exclusively for poor among the forward castes, OBCs are not eligible.
