You have not mentioned which entrance exam you have appeared. If you have appeared jee mains then there is good chance to get CSE. For NIT , please check out current year cutoff and do apply for your state NIT campus if available with home state quota.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. there is separate cutoff available for domicile wise, like outside delhi or delhi region candidates, however we donot have the cutoff available
