I recently gave my BCOM Semester 6 Exam, and because results havent been declared yet, I dont have my degree and final marksheet. Can i still fill the MA. Economics form before October 15, 2020 on the basis of my marsheets of 5 semesters, because otherwise ill have to waste one whole year?
