To be eligible for UPSC candidate must have attained age of 21 years or above since you have mentioned that you are still 20 you won't be eligible for it. The minimum age required is 21 and maximum 32 years for general category.

For economics,

A Candidate has to score minimum 70% marks in 10+2 with Mathamatucs subject.
