Hello prashant yadav as per latest notice by delhi university for B.A. programm in economics math is must for some top colleges but its not compulsory in english . You can opt for HISTORY OR english course easily but for economics you may face some hurdles in some top DU

If you want to do diploma in Jamia it's good but for admission there you must have your migration certificate,which you have already suggested so it is better to collect it from college as fast as possible.
