Delhi college of economics doesn't offer UG course. Delhi college of arts and commerce is good enough. You have chances in other top colleges as well.

Considering the previous cutoff trends of various years in CUCET qnd talking specifically about Tamil Nadu CU, an approximation of the cutoff can be made. If we talk about previous year's cutoff then it was 50 for general candidates, 45 for OBC NCL and 40 for SC candidates

Delhi students get a benefit of 85% domicile reservation, if you are a domicile of Delhi you might get admission in your desired course by the third cutoff.
Last year 1st cutoff for general was 92, you can expect it to dip down significantly by the third cutoff.

For BA Economics from Ambedkar University, the fees per year are Rs- 36,267 PA . The eligibility for admission is that you must have passed 10 +2 with 50% marks from a recognised board.(Ex. CBSE)

Also,you must have passed Mathematics as a subject in the 10 + 2 level.
