The first thing is for UPSC, the eligibility is graduation. It doesn't specify the subjects for graduation. So you may pursue graduation in any subjects of your choice.

Yes you can do B. Com hons. In economics.... The subject of 12th does not matter in b.com, its not necessary that you have pass 10+2 with maths or such particular subjects.... You are eligible to do B. Com hons. With economics....

Hi, all the colleges under University of delhi release cut off lists for various courses till they have seats available. Even for 1st tier collges, at least 4-5 cut off lists for OBC category will be released. Keep checking the DU website for further cut off lists and for reference
