Yes you will have to take Mathematics in your intermediate curriculum to get admission in Economics Hons in any of the colleges in Delhi University. Although, it is not compulsory to include Mathematics while calculating your BFS (Best of Four Score) but it necessary for you to atleast

The admission process in St.Stephens is based on composite merit,which comprises Class 12 marks:85 per cent weightage,Aptitude Test:5 per cent weightage, Interview:10 per cent weightage.
To pursue BA Economics at St. Stephens a candidate must have studied Mathematics in 12th and should have the minimum prescribed marks in Mathematics.

Hey Arvind,

A score of atleast 120 guarantees your admission in the college. 89/150 is a very less score and your chances are limited. You'll have to do good in Group discussion and Interview to have a chance to get in the college.
