Yes you can do hotel management but with the 12th marks as a graduation , your diploma would not count or help you in this .. if you are interested then go for it otherwise I'll suggest you to to betech lateral as it also takes 3 years .. but

CSAB provides you the seats which have been left vacant during counseling via JOSAA. There is huge decline in cutoff of whichever branch have vacant seats. Generally no good branches have vacant seats from very good nits as well as pursuing b.Sc . in NITs
