No for Mathematical sciences you aren't eligible since you don't have direct subject intrusion to Mathematics/Applied Mathematics in your PG. But you can go for the Interdisciplinary Mathematical Science like Economics and Commerce and Management.

Yes, you can study Master of Arts (MA) in Economics after completion of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course.

The minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed undergraduate degree course with 45 percentage to 50 percentage from a recognized Board.

No, DUET is not applicable for admission in BA hons economics. The conduct admission on merit basis. The basic eligibility to fill the application form is passing 10+2 from a recognised board with minimum 45% marks and mathematics being a compulsory subject in best of four.
