The rumours you have heard are true. certificates fo JSOS board are neither valid nor legal. In June 2020, Lucknow bench of Allahabad court has established that Jharkhand State open school is bogus and fictious organization. Certificates of 10+2 from this organization are not valid and the candidated are not allowed to take admission in colleges with this certificate.

If you have passed your graduation from a recognized private university then there is no problem for you even if the college gets blacklisted as your degree stands valid. And you can continue your further studies or apply for different posts which requires minimum bachelor's degree. You still stands to be a graduate if your degree is valid.
