Mention the course you are talking about. I mean the fees are different for all the courses the college offers like its INR 57,750-80,000 for B.Com per annum ; it's around 85,000 for BBA., etc.

yes the sc students are elligible for the fee reimbuirsement in andhra pradesh for mtech you can continue the application used for the completion of btech or if you are from another state then you need to get the income certificate verified from andhrapradesh and then apply for fee reimbuirsement.

It is your decision to give JEE Main in 3rd attempt. Yes you can give as jee main has given 3 chances to take jee main. These GAP thing won't matter if you appear for placement on the basis of exam like there are many hiring contests. They don't keep any gap condition. There are Mass recruiting companies who keep those condition. So if you go for those then you won't be eligible.  But many companies are still there who keep 2 years also.

So it differs for different company. All the best for your exam.
