For EEE students there are wide scope in both sectors i.e private as well as government but its important to have clear technical knowledge of your subjects along with good communication skills.

The are lots of reputed organizations where you can apply such as;
Indian Railways,
ISRO,
Indian Oil Corporation
Defense Services
Indian Oil Corporation
National Thermal Power Corporation, (NTPC) etc.

All these branches have good scope in the future. It depends on your interest and passion.

 

If we compare these branches than CSE has more scope it is most demaded branch among students.

This branch deals with the engineering problems, opportunities and needs of electrical, electronics, computer, telecommunication systems and related industries. This branch provides students with a wide range of fundamental knowledge in core disciplines such as communications, control systems, signal processing, radio frequency design, micro-processors, micro-electronics, power generation and electrical machines. The discipline focuses on design and manufacture of electrical, electronic devised, computers and their component parts, as well as on the integration of components into complex systems.

EEE Engineers focuses on the analysis, design, development and manufacture of electrical equipments, electronic devices, Mechatronics technologies, and automation and control systems.

For this you need PCM subjects and will be required to clear engineering entrances like JEE Mains, Advanced.

To get a good salary and pay after you complete your btech in ECE make sure you get into good rather top NIT/IIIT's. Also after Btech the best will be doing Mtech and appear for GATE and even choose to do PSU jobs.

Also work on your academics. Keep a aim of appearing for GATE and prepare for it from the right time. NOT now but once you are in your 3rd/4th year for btech.
