Abhishek Roy 16th Oct, 2021

Through your JEE Advanced of 4329, youll secure a seat in IITs, not NITs. Assuming youre a General Category aspirant with a Rank of 4329 in JEE Advanced, some of your best options include

Industrial Dual IIT KGP (Best Option, Trust me now, Thank me Later, One of the Best Placements in KGP Campus come from this Branch)

ECE IIT ISM Dhanbad, Electrical IIT Ropar, BBS, Mandi

Manufacturing/Metallurgy IIT KGP, MSE IITK

CSE IIT Palakkad, Jammu, Dharwad, Bhilai

Mechanical IIT BHU (Another Very Good Option)

You will definitely have better prospects in Counselling incase you belong to certain Category.

My Rank is 3252 in CUSAT CAT examination 2021 will I be able to get admission in SOE for electrical and electronics engineering?

Ayush Roy 26th Aug, 2021

Hello, Aspirant. You mentioned you have secured 3252 rank in CUSAT CAT 2021 and are interested in pursuing Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Well, although you have mentioned your rank, you didn't mention the caste in which you belong. So, I will be giving you an answer assuming you are from general category. If you belong to any other category then kindly mention it in the comment section.

As per the records and your performance in 2021, it is less likely for you to get admission for your desired stream in School of Engineering. In 2018, the Cutoff Rank for B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering was 2002 (for General) .

However, if you are an SC or ST candidate , then you have good chance to get admission for your desired stream with ease. In 2018, the Cutoff Rank for B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering was 10888 (for SC) and 11608 (for ST).

I hope you have got your answer already.

Thank you and have a beautiful day.

Msc in economic honours and Bsc in economics honours difference scopes. What exactly they are. What should i take. What are the subjects. Can you please explain because i m very confused regarding these two.

Saunkita Mallick 25th Aug, 2021

Hi, hope you are doing well!

BSc in Economics Honors is Bachelors of Science degree with Honors in Economics. It is an undergraduate degree.

MSc in Economics Honors is Bachelors of Science degree with Honors in Economics. It is a postgraduate degree.

You have to first complete your graduation and then go for higher studies that is post graduation degree.

In BSc and MSc Economics students can study legal studies, money and banking, global finance, economic history, international trade, collective decisions, econometrics, economic policy, global finance, international trade, collective decisions. The syllabus will remain focused on scientific learning of Economics but will be difficult and more conceptual in Masters than in Graduation.

After BSc in Economics you can go for the following job profiles: Professional Economist, Financial Risk Analyst, Data Analyst, Financial Controller, Equality Analyst, Cost Accountant, Economic Researcher, etc.

After MSc in Economics you can go for the following job profiles: Economist, Financial Manager, Policy Analyst, Professor, Mutual Funds Manager, Litigation Consultant, IES (Indian Economics Service) Officer, etc.

So you should first do BSc in Economics and then if you want to go for higher studies, do MSc as well.

Should I choose EEE in VIT chennai or CSE in TKM? I dont have any special interest towards any branch.

Sarath S S 15th Nov, 2021

Hello ,

According to branch my suggestion would be cse , as it offers good job opportunity

Vit chennai very good campus , private college , good facilities but really high fees

TKMCE cs is really a good decorated branch , which you really need a good score in keam to get there , really good study environment and teachers will complete all you portion within time unlike many government colleges including CET , For academics Tkm always comes in the top , But studing under KTU syllabus is really a task and really low fees if your studing in merit seat less than 15K per year

if you have any doubts regarding TKMCE let me know

Hope this helps you

best wishes

the RAMPUR  polytechnic college  is a government college . So the fees Info structure is very less than the other private college.

As per the fees structure the annual fee is 10790 only  so as per 3 years the fees near by 330000 only

So it is  affordable and also if you have 75 % then you can go for scholarship .
