YES you are eligible for NEET Examinations.

As per the NEET eligibility criteria, candidates who have studied from an open school or have biology as an additional subject are now eligible to apply for the exam . There is no upper-age cap on the examination as well.

The Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech. Electrical is UG in B.Tech./B.E. in any discipline and 50% aggregate in that.

If you have your UG in Engineering Course, then you can apply for M.Tech. Electrical.
