Since you have scored such a good rank, you can try for some of the best colleges in Telangana. 

Since no previous year collegewise cutoffs are available, I am not being able to suggest you the exact names of colleges where you can

 Advantages:

 1. It is a Government college so you will get a degree without even spending that much and hostel fees or rents(if you opt to be day scholar) are much less also.

 2. Infrastructure is not compareable IIT or NIT standards but moreover better than most of colleges

Both the courses are equally good,if you have keen interest in pcm then go for btech electrical but if you're interested in collecting information regarding by which laws the country authorities and other stuffs go on then move to BA LLB.
