should i issue my gen PwD certificate from any govt. hospital of UP or of JHARKHAND as i have applied there for NEET counselling 2019.

If you have applied through the PWD quota for the NEET counselling then you will have to generate the certificate in order to get the PWD quota seats. For issuing the certificate you will have to go through the medical checkup through the medical assessment centers mentioned below.
