you can join engineering or Polytechnique colleges to learn electrical engineering. 

You need to give entrance exams like JEE and qualify to get admission in various colleges. when you qualify you will get admission in a college and you can study electrical engineering.

 The Average package is around 10 to12 lakhs but If you have good knowledge and good grades in the subject then don’t worry you may end up earning  around 15 to 20 lakhs.  IIT M electrical department  is one of the most  well-established departments on the campus

You can only take into admission in engineering if you are class 12th passed from any recognised Board. I would suggest you to complete senior secondary and then if you want you can get in admission in your desired department and Engineering College.
