Thanks for your query. IIT Tirupati electrical engineering is for sure not a bad choice to go for. As of placements, the placements are not that good you excpect from an IIT but for sure it's better than many colleges. So you can for sure go for this branch.

Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication both have their own scopes.

The difference between them is that in;

Electrical Engineering it is deeply studied about electronic devices and in Electronic and telecommunication it is not studied so deeply.

EE is also little bit difficult then ECE. also both

Hi Abhi, the cut-offs at MMMUT GORAKHPUR are generally very high. They also tend to divert from previous year trends. I think it will be difficult for you to get EE BRANCH there. But if you really want it, then you should apply for it, you might get a seat
