first you have to gave gate paper again in 2020 with coumputer science branch and you have to score high to get admission in IITs or NITs .
college allow you for this only when you qualified the gate paper with that gate only .

With this much score of 661 in the GATE examination 2019, your chances of getting the new IITs are high, you can get old IITs like IIT guwahati if possible. I will suggest you to go for old IITs only, as they will provide you a better exposure
