Congratulations!! You got very nice score 79.33 in EE stream. This year first time EE Gate score increases suddenly. Generally on this score AIR is below 50 but this year cutoff chances are more to increase. But no worry considering previous score  you have good score to get

The GATE cutoff majorly depends upon the GATE score. With this score you can easily apply for old IITs.... IIT Roorkee at least is easily possible to get. You can also try in IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, etc.
