Electrical Engineering
Hello aspirant,
I would like to tell you that you have some good chances to get admission into IIT's or top NIT's as getting GATE marks around or within 360-400 in GATE 2022, will give you some good colleges in India.
But, since you have not mentioned your GATE 2022 rank, it is really difficult to predict precisely which IIT's Or NIT's you could get under this marks in GATE 2022. When it comes to the GATE score for IIT, it is not fixed. It depends on the individual institutes and their GATE Cutoff marks. However, if we talk about the previous results, the student must score a GATE rank up to or below 200 . Moreover, students can also get a seat in IIT if the rank is around 600 to 800.
Further, please note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year analysis, which bound to change every year as the GATE qualifying Ciutoff depedns on several factors like :
The difficulty level of GATE 2022 question paper
Total number of GATE 2022 applicants
Previous years cutoffs trends
Availability of seats (Department-wise or discipline-wise)
Further, if you wish to know more about the GATE Cutoff for Electrical Engineering for previous years, you can follow the below link to know more about it : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff-for-ee

Hey aspirant,
Hope you are doing great....!!!
Depending upon the number of applicants the GATE Score cut off for BITS varies and also depends on the fact how you choose your preference both campus wise and branch wise (for Electronics we have: Micro, Embedded, and Communication) usually PILANI campus cut off is a bit higher, during my counseling time in 2108 it was around 650–700 for BITS Goa, so you can expect higher for Pilani. Nonetheless, you can apply for the BITS HD paper as well since it can help you boost your preference for Campus/ Streamwise.
I hope this helps you!
All the best:)
Hope you are doing well....!!!
As you want to know about your chances for select in PSU for electric. For sure selection in PSUs, any rank near 200 is considered good added that your performance in the interview is average. Why I am saying this is I have seen many top 20 rankers failing to find themselves in the final merit list of a PSU. So along with a good rank, you have to be at least average in your interview for the final selection. Some PSUs also conduct GD which is an elimination round. So you must be well prepared for that.

Hello Aspirant,
Very low chances for any of the NITs/IITs
If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2022 score mentioned by you in the query you have very less chances of getting any of the IITs or NITs with Electrical Engineering specialization because this branch is offered in very less number of NITs and for them too cut-offs are quite high for General category so I would recommend you to go with some private colleges because some private colleges also accept admission on the basis of GATE score.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your GATE 2022 Score and category you can use GATE College Predictor :-
