I found only 3 colleges which are closer to your Score and It was to difficult

I m very sorry to say you have very high rank there is very low chances of getting electrical branch in VIT Bhopal where as such there is no way of getting in other campus , since the Bhopal is new campus ots very hard to say so

Yes, you can get IIT core branches in some IITs.
