Yes, you are eligible to get a stipend of Rs.12400 duration of 2 years to study M.Tech at any Private or Government University in India which is AICTE approved and your branch i.e renewable engineering is too approved by AICTE in that particular college.

Hii naina 

Shri mata vaishnu devi offers mtech course only for three discipline. In computer science, electronics and communication and mechanical engineering.

It does not offer for electrical engineering. So you can't get admission there. Aply for some other institute.
