Hope you are doing great. With regard to your question, IIT is the best college for Electrical and Electronic Engineering. NITs are also considered as the best colleges for engineering, however, the passed out students of IITs have better job opportunities, as compared to NITs.

In order to be eligible for admission in Indian Army TGC, you must either have an engineering degree in related stream (for Engineers) or MA or M.Sc degree in 1st or 2nd division from a recognised university in English or Economics or History or Geography or related subjects (for Army Education Corps). If you are appearing for the final year, then also you are eligible (for Engineers but not for Army Education Corps). Only unmarried candidates are eligible and the age limit is from 20 to 27 years (for Engineers). You must meet the required physical standards.
In order to be eligible for UPPCL Recruitment, you must complete the following educational qualification:
Assistant Accountant- You have to complete graduation degree in Commerce (B.Com) from any recognized University in India
Assistant Review Officer- You have to complete graduation degree in any field from any recognized University in India and Hindi Typing 30 WPM
Camp Assistant Grade-3- You have to complete graduation degree in any field from any recognized University in India and Hindi Stenographer: 60 WPM, Computer Hindi Typing : 30 WPM
