62.33 is a great score in Electrical Engineering branch for ST category. You can except call from almost all the PSUs. According to the previous year cutoff you have very high chances of getting hired into following PSUs

Yes sure u can apply for the BSNL but there is no clear info about what rank people are eligible it is around less than 650 like that
