Your marks is not enough to get call from PSU.To get call from PSU you need at least 70 score in gate.This year cutoff may go enough as paper was easy in comparison of previous year.But you may get NITs with this score for further studies with master

You can secure seats in IIT Gandhi Nagar,IIT DELHI for Mtech program.To know which more colleges you may get wait till IITs and NITs announce cutoff score for Mtech program.Don't worry you will get scholarship in IITs for Mtech studies.Scholarship amount will be enough to pay fees of college.

There is no M.Tech at BITS Pilani. The degree given is M.E. and it is given in

Microelectronics(Pilani,Goa,Hyderabad)
Embedded Systems(Pilani, Goa)
Communication Engineering(Pilani, Hyderabad)

All three are great courses with nice placement. It all depends on your interest.

Gate score for iit's -

Iit's cutoff for gate is the minimum score required for admission into mtech programmes across various iit's. Candidates who scored equal marks or more than cutoff of marks of gate iit's will be considered for admission into mtech programmes.
