For NIT Warangal, the Gate 2019 cutoff for Electrical Branch is likely to be around AIR 4500-5000. It is difficult to predict on the basis of marks. You can tally your rank and see if you have met the cutoff.

Since you are in obc category, your rank will be probably around 45 to 60 thousand under obc category.

But sorry to say that you may not get NIT colleges with that rank. Still you can try to get admissions in good private colleges or universities with that

The marks that can be scored in a particular set of GATE depends totally on the difficulty of that set and how well you have prepared.

Your marks isn't enough to secure NITs ,IIITs or IITs for Mtech programs.To secure NITs or IITs your score should be at least 300 under SC quota.30 marks is equivalent to 270 score ,this is previous years trends.Marks conversion formula depends upon level of paper ,total number of applicants
