Your marks in CUCET is very low as per your category. There are very less chances of getting seat in government colleges. Try in private colleges near Haryana like LPU or Amity.

You can try for the IIIT Kota, Sonipat, as they are recently new and the cutoffs are comparatively less than the other NITs or IIITs. For the NITs, it is not possible to get these branches unless you are getting the benefit of state quota.

To gain practical knowledge, first make a list of things that you want to learn. Then find vlogs regarding the topics on YouTube and try to implement them at your home/hostel. Practise is the key to practical knowledge.
