You can go for any branch in Enineering. You might be thinking of going for EEE or EE. But what I'm asking is, you already have a certificate in EE. So, why not go for any other branch? Well, it's your decision. You can go for EEE

It is quite difficult for you to get electrical engg in MIT. The last year cut off rank was 601.

According to previous year 7th cutoff, you can get electrical engineering at NIT kurukshetra, jamshedpur, durgapur, goa, patna and other low NITs.
