So some colleges give you this facility.

I dont think so that you will get any of the branches CIVIL or ELECTRICAL with this gen category rank at pantnagar.You should go for other streams like agriculture engg where you can get one luckily.

There is no specific cut off for Government College of Engineering, Karad for Lateral Entry program. Admission is based upon merit. You are eligible for applying but selection will based upon percentage in Diploma. If you make it to the merit list then you will get admission else
