Hi Adarsh,There is a very good chance that you will get Haldia Institute of Technology as the closing rank last year was around 100000 however, getting into Heritage would be difficult as the closing rank was 8871 last year at Heritage. Hope this helps.

as per your OBC rank there are much better chances for you to get CIVIL and ELECTRICAL at MIT MUZAFFARPUR.so try your best to get in other colleges which are much better than this.
