Yes, it is useful as if you get decent score then it will be giving you dual benefits like you can either go for higher studies or you can get recruited in PSUs but as per your B.Tech percentage chances are less for PSUs as most of them ask for

No, the session is already over but if you want to give it a last try then better to approach the colleges and universities in person as they may be providing you the admission if the vacant seats are there.

IISER accepts KVPY score to provide admission in dual degree program BS-MS as it is not associated with B.Tech in EE whereas IIIT-H also accepts KVPY but they dont offer admission in EE in B.Tech as only CSE and ECE is available there. So I would say if you want
