As per your question, you have completed ITI course, and you are absolutely eligible for the RRB ALP exam, and you can apply for the same without a second thought and can easily get the job, once you qualify the exam. This will be a great option if you get selected.

However, if you strongly wish to pursue Btech course, then you can go towards the same. According to me, you can first join the Btech course and later on give the RRB ALP exam, if you prioritize the Btech course.

As you have the ITI testament, you will be given parallel admission to the second year of Diploma in Civil Engineering, however the affirmation will not be straightforwardly. Sorry to say you, but actually you have not mention about which college s fee structure you want to know. That's why it is quite difficult to tell about that. But however if you are talking about   l Bachelor of Technology in electrical course then the course fee can be between 10k to 50k for government colleges and 5lakh to 15lakhs for some other private colleges.
