• Subjects are easier to understand as generally no prerequisites are required to learn most of the subjects in this field as far as i have experienced subjects are easier to get good marks which will improve your percentage.

Now as far as these branches are concerned it totally depends on your interest all are good branches. Mechanical is a little tough in comparison to other two.
