You would be having almost zero chances to get seat in the government college in EC branch. But you have chances to get seat in government college if you exclude the branch.

With 89 percentile and your above rank its very difficult to get any government college in Madhya Pradesh. The cutoffs generally remains high and EC branch is quite a demanding branch. But you may try till the last rounds of counselling you may get a chance. Otherwise private colleges are
