If not,then it is tough to get CSE but you may get CSE interdisciplinary courses in the main campuses.

You've scored well. Your might be under 1500. The best IIT for EEE is IIT Bombay. Apart from that, there are other few IITs which give an equal competition to IIT Bombay like IIT Chennai, IIT Kanpur. Colleges like IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi are moderate aswell considering EEE only.
