With the ranking you have received, I suppose you can easily get admission in the top 30 engineering colleges of the state as you also have Hyderabad - Karnataka reservation. But i will always recommend you to keep your options  permissive and open.

as you have mentioned you want to opt EC. if you are taking admission through general category it is difficult to get in these colleges for EC as EC is one of top branches.
