The difference lies in the name of the branches itself.
Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is more inclined towards the communication part like analog/ digital transmission, propagation, satellites etc.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is however more inclined towards the electrical part like circuits, networks, motors etc.

the syllabus of the cse in amrita university is same as of jntu university
it consist of workshop, c language,drawing,maths,physics 1,physics 2,chemistry ,mechanics,and similar sunjects of jntuh

Every year cutoff Changes as the level of paper changes.
As per previous years cutoff you should get rank within 1000 to get CSE.
For ECe this rank may increase to 2500.
Last year the cutoff for CSE in first round was around 900.
