Well if are getting VLSI in any of the Top 4 NIT's then please go for it i request you. Don't even of think of IIt's. VLSI is a top top demanding stream not only in India but also abroad.

nit warangle is older institute then nit allahabad. and the faculties and other infrastructure and placement opportunity is really good. however most of the nits is good in academic curriculam project work. see from electronics and communication enginnerring you can work in corporate sector also in future. it
