But in general, to get into IITs, the normal cutoff is around 650-700 GATE score(could be a bit higher too sometimes). To get such a score, you may have to haveatleast 55-60 out of 100.

Congratulations for getting good score in gate. For 810 score in ECE paper you have fair chances of getting top IITs like kanpur, kharagpur, bombay, roorkee etc..
I would recommend you also to apply for PSUs since you have some chances of getting some of PSUs after further selection
