Actually the gate score is good but the competition is increasing every year but I can say the chances of getting the college will vary from year to year as well

With having this much of score it might be somewhat harder for you to take the admission in the IIT or NIT premises because inorder to take the admission in these institutions your rank should be under 1k but in your case it will be harder but anyways

The rank predicted can't be accurate, the predicted value may change from the actual rank, anyway your rank will be in the range one hundread  thirty to one hundread and fourty.Anyway you have good chances with IITs and PSUs.

If you are expecting a rank of 132 in ECE then congrats man you can be shorlisted for various of PSU's.

ONGC and NTPC will be easy(maybe) but i think BARC will be difficult as it sometimes shorlist only under 50 AIR. AAI and NTRO will be easy
