The course is related to the application of electronic devices like integrated circuits, transistors etc. It also deals with the design and application of circuitry and equipment for power generation and distribution, machine control, and communications.

Hello Ketan,Yes, you will be able to get admission in IITs after attempting either EE or EC paper. You can opt for any of the two paper. Since you are from B.Tech- EEE branch, you should attempt the same paper in GATE as well.

EE namely Electronics Engineering. This branch basically deals with pure Electronics. You will be taught about circuit theory, Electronic instruments, Digital and Analog Electronics, vlsi and lot more in more depth as compared to ECE. This field is purely electronics nothing more in the core except that. Only

as per the eligility criteria you should be a pcm student in order to get admission in the engineering college . so i dont think so that you are eligible to get admission in engineering field.
