College doesn't matter much. The thing which matters is the branch and ECE is a well-demanded branch so just work hard and score well you will certainly land up at a good place.

ll say both,ECE in these two college would provide you with plenty of opportunities.But ill still say if you have a sufficient rank which would help you squeeze in TISL for ECE,you should take that ahead of IEM and Heritage.
