Try in Bangalore based colleges strictly if ypu want CS/IS/EC because you can get lots of exposure and opportunites and of course good placements in Bangalore since it is IT Hub.

Considering your rank, you can try these colleges- DSATM, BNMIT, SJBIT, NMIT, SDMCET, NMAMIT,etc.

Prefer Bangalore based colleges since it is IT Hub, you will get good placements, better exposure and opportunities in Bangalore.I am saying this via experience of my friends and seniors who are studying there.

No engineering stream gives 100% placement. It's all up to you to get placed in companies. Every year, Lakhs of Students Graduates in ECE, It is impossible to employment every students. Once those students gets placed who has studied well in 4 years of Engineering.
