Every field is good and have scope. It depends upon person's interest. Someone loves to do programming so he / she chooses CS and someone loves circuits so he / she chooses Ec. So I would suggest find the interest and then choose the field.

No u have no chance to get IET college, it's AKTU top college.U must have General rank under 2000 since counselling in based on general rank & only give few margin for OBC category…..as fr general category ,the rank must be under 1700.
