the seat allotment for PESSAT is done in a two round counselling process.having said that the cut-off for PESSAT for electronics and communication engineering(ece) closes around 2000.

2017's cutoffs for General Marit category was 37841 and for Hyd-Karnataka border area category it was 44913.
You will be having higher chances if cutoffs are higher. As cutoff is the last rank at which admission was done.
