I am sorry to say that there is almost no chance to get a seat into top NITs, but you can grab a seat in lower NITs. So, it would be better if you register for the same.

If it is your JEE Main rank, you have less chances for admission to NITs. You can try for your home state colleges and other private colleges accepting JEE Main score.
