I secured 13.59 /100 in GATE 2017 EC. What is my GATE score? Please help.

Hello Shraddha,

GATE score is awarded to only those candidates who have Successfully qualified in GATE. Since you have not secured minimum qualifying marks in GATE then you can't get GATE Score and Rank .

After Completing CSE :

 

1) You can try for GATE and if you got high score then you can make a entry into ISRO,DRDO etc.

 

2) New India Assurance Company Limited for the post of Post Administrative Officer (Scale I).

 

3) Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited for the Post of Associate

my son got 12000 RANK in AEEEE.Will he get CSE or ECE in Coimbatore

Based on this score the chances are less through Open Quota to get admission in Amrita Coimbatore. I would suggest you to go through with the given below link to use AEEE college Predictor to check your other chances.

If a student of obc-ncl will get 200+ marks in jee mains will he get a seat in any nit without any fees in the other state in ECE branch

Hi Mehmood,

As per our knowlwdge, 200+ marks are good to get a seat in NITs, however, there is no such provision of a free seat or admission without any fee across any NIT. Even if you are a OBC-NCL candidate, you have to pay the prescribed fee.

Yogesh all the engineering fields - EEE, Mechanical, EC, CS, Aeronautics are important and each one of them has equivalent scope currently and also in the future. You cannot make a machine without the usage of Electronics, Mechanical parts and code top operate it so all of the engineering fields

Hello,
You chances are quite high of getting ECE branch in NSIT and DTU while you chances are low for IIIT-DELHI.You can go for ECE branch at DTU as it's placement records are too good over the years and it is most preferred there.

What about placements of instrumentation and control engineering at NITJ. Should I choose it over ECE at Thapar or CSE at amrita?

Hello,
If you are getting CSE in Amritha's main campus then you should choose it as it's placement is really good...but if not then you should go for ECE in THAPAR UNIVERSITY and then followed by NITJ according to placements.

Im getting CSE at amrita, ECE at thapar and Instrumentation and control engineering at NITJ. Now Im getting really confused.

Hello,
If you want NIT degree then you can go for NITJ.
Otherwise all branches are different and equally good.You should choose a branch according to your interests.CSE in Amritha would be the best option among all according to placements followed by ECE in THAPAR.
